The shower itself is good quality, but for a 10.5 kw., I still have to turn the water pressure down to get the heat. Not much different from my old 8 kw. this one replaces. The shower head has three settings, you get the outer ring of holes, the middle ring, or the centre, which is the only setting with pressure and reasonable heat. Really neither give the water flow I was expecting. It is slightly better than the old one and the price was good, so I guess it was a reasonable deal.

However, the plumber who installed it warned me that he has had many call-outs due to faults in the pressure system - it leaks into the shower cabinet.
