Good zoom on a refurbished camera from a familiar maker
I tend o be careless with bits and pieces like this camera, so I went for a refurbished model at a slightly lower price. Nice idea, poor execution
A bit too bulky in my hand after years of using cameras which were approximately 10 cm long. This just felt too big. The flip screen was useful but not that useful and would have been better if it were like the Nikon S6900 which is multi-axial. The image quality was not as good as I would have expected from the TZ series. Too much pixelation - especially at high zoom - compared with TZ35 or TZ40. There was only a limited opportunity for control of colour. I tried to do this using the RGB and tone functions but it just didn't seem to work out properly. Finally, when I started taking pictures, there was a black spot in the middle of the images where several of the pixels on the CCD had obviously failed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
