Product arrived in a few days. Instructions enclosed seemed E-Z P-Z. and it was. I had a few issues and contacted Galina and had an immediate response. Result is I have a genuine silky flavorful Skyr yogurt (it's like ice cream). If you are a yogurt foodie this is the way to go. It's an heirloom culture meaning you can culture it forever. Make it on your counter-top as it is mesophilic, let it sit a couple days and you have a wonderful healthy nutritious food at you home. You know what's in it...no label to decipher as you made it at home using only one ingredient...milk. This is the real deal. Cultures from store bought yogurts only last for several batches then go away. Galina has a fine healthy product here and I appreciate this as it is genuine. bp
Product re-hydrated and was viable within 3 days. After that 24 hours per batch (room temp about 22 deg C) Continuing to ferment from the same culture. I will try fermenting from store bought Skyr and see if it compares well to the purchased culture.
