Good clamping tool needed with these
You need a good quality set of pliers with these as they tend to slip off whilst trying to clamp, I had to file my clamping pliers to a negative angle so they gripped better as the angle of the band luggs have not really been shaped right. but i managed to get the job done. and they are stainless steel.

They don't crimp well in my experience
I've a range of CV boot clip tools, from lightweight ones that work with the thin clips, to a heavy duty socket spanner based one that works with the thick OEM ones, and none of them produced a neat finish with these clips. Maybe there's a tool that works well with them, in which case I think the supplier should recommended it. I ended up practicing on all ten supplied clips trying and failing to get a good finish, and then gave up.
