It is exactly what it says: Food grade grease for repairing a stand mixer. It comes with plenty to slather on all the pieces inside the gear box, and then some, as well as a couple rubber gloves and a spreader (a plastic paint stirrer). Disappointed
My 5 quart tilt head kitchenaid stand mixer was leaking oil down the shaft. When I recieved my grease, I cleaned up the old grease, and packed the new grease in coating all the gears, and using all of it. Once finished I turned the gears first manually then on stir, then slowly going through half the gears,and stopped. Itwas making noise, that I had never heard it make before. I left it in there and put my mixer away. About a week later i tried it again. It was the same so I took it apart again, to see why it was noisy. The grease had pushed up and away from the gears. After taking pics, I cleaned it again waiting for a new grease. This has a different consistency. And does not work.

This kit and a couple of YouTube videos was all I needed to save my wife's KitchenAId mixer, The old grease had started to separate and drip into the bowl. Execellent product
