When I began using organic products, honey was one of the products I researched. I had always loved spun honey, but it always seemed to start to turn to sugar. Liquid honey that had a comb & was organic had an outrageous price attached to it. I finally found Y.S. Organic Bee Farms honey & it was 100% certified organic raw honey. This was the ticket I was looking for. I ordered one jar at first. It was delicious! I ended up ordering several jars & the honey never, ever turned to the hard, dried sugar I expected it to. After that, I started ordering the 2 pound jars of honey. Now, I stock up on honey & when we get down to the last couple of jars, that is when I order about 6 more. I don't have to worry about them going bad or turning to sugar. I love the fact they are in glass jars. My husband eats it like crazy. I always search the internet for the lowest price + shipping. Wowza! This honey has an absolutely heavenly flavor and consistency. My only complaint is that it's too good...I'm on the fast track for diabetes at this rate! I would highly advise you not to buy this if you have impulse control problems.
