The Jagwire Pro Shift kit is a great way to upgrade from OEM cables and housing. Slick polished cables reduce friction and deliver long lasting performance, and continuously lubricated Slick-Lube liners provide precise cable movement. Single-ended SRAM/ compatible cable ends are weld-cut for easy installation. Inner cables, housing, and small parts necessary for installation on a road or mountain bike are included. Pro Slick Polished inner cables reduce friction and have no coating to wear off. Includes longer cables and extra housing for compatibility with most large frames and bikes with continuous housing. Continuously lubricated LEX-SL linear-strand provides consistent, compressionless performance.

Great Cables Sustainably packaged
I have used many sets of Jagwire cables and have always been impressed with how well they work. These sets came in cardboard packaging that is recyclable and completely bio-degradable. Not only are the cables well thought out and manufactured, but the packaging does not add harmful waste to the planet . This is the only set of cables that I have found that are not packaged in plastic - praise to Jagwire
