Fantastic product
I bought this fire as it was the most realistic fire effect stove I could find. I was not disappointed! Sturdy item looks very well made, heavy and does not look in anyway cheap. The flame/smoke effect is fantastic and everybody at first thinks it is real. I made a 6" tall slate plinth for it to sit on so it looks more convincing. No issues with condensation like others report. I have the flame effect turned down to low and I think that makes the flame more realistic. Heating wise its simple to turn on for heat. (I mostly just have the flame effect on) After a week of use (in the evenings) I needed to fill the water bottle again. It's not hard to do and is no inconvenience. I would suggest taking out an extended warranty for 3 or 5 years as it is not cheap so good for peace of mind.
