Rigged for silent running!!
I'm happy. It's ideal for practicing without disturbing the neighborhood. Not sure how long a battery is supposed to last. It definitely has encouraged me to play more.

Good beginner violin.
It is a great starter violin. The strings tend to loose tention so need to adjust that twice a week. Otherwise it is a good and recommended product.
