Top quality plastic glue…
Glue worked incredibly effectively. I sanded/ roughed-up the plastic surfaces beforehand so it would properly adhere, sandwiched the plastics between bubble-wrap & wooden surfaces & clamped for 24 hours. Worked an absolute treat! Weak glue
This glue is supposed to bond hard plastics with a sort of plastic weld. But having tried it on a cracked Perspex sheet I found the adhesion poor with the two pieces coming apart very, very easily. There was no visible 'melting' of the edges to meld the edges together. This glue might be alright for bonding very small plastic objects but I would not use it for anything else - I have used stronger 'ordinary' glues. 5* in sticky situations
Though not the adhesive to use in most general situations, this is a superb product to "weld" soft plastics such as upvc, as it doesn,t just bond, it "melts" the two surfaces together, rather has plumbers solvent adhesive does, but being in a tube, in a more controlled way. Good Glue for some applications
Good glue for low stress applications which are subject to compression or shear stresses only, such as e.g. glueing in place PVC pipe to an elbow joint. Not so good for repairing fractured plastic brackets which are subject to bending or tensile stresses.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great adhesive
This adhesive is excellent for building and repairing ABS cases and components, I cannot vouch for it's efficacy with other Plastics as I have only employed it with ABS but would take the Manufacturer's claims as truth. They have, in my opinion, nothing to gain in the long term by lying. I have used this adhesive for over 2years with no problems whatsoever and will continue so to do as it is, quite simply, excellent. Plastic glue
I bought this to repair the threshold on a p.v.c door where part of th emoulding had come off. I was unsure as to whether it would stick it or the repair be very good. Very helpful to have a clear, multipurpose adhesive that can deal with the bewildering array of plastics we have to deal with. l use this product to join acrylic sheet to make dust cover boxes, it is very easy to use if you follow the simple instructions and forms a very strong bond when cured.
