Not bad, but nothing special, not brighter than OEM BMW. I was expecting more brighter bulbs, but they are exactly the same as my OEM BMWs which I replaced with these and hoped to get more light from it. I was a little dubious about purchasing these bulbs, going by the extremely reasonable price and that they were not Osram's or Philips. I am one of those who likes to research and read reviews in order to get the best performance from lights, as my travels often take me to rural, unlit country roads and struggling to see where I am driving is far from being desirable. Add to the fact that I paid close to top whack for what some would consider the market leader for premium D1s Xenons, i.e. Osram Nightbreaker Unlimited's. I am glad to say that I have not been left wanting. I went for 4300k as this most resembles daylight. The beam definition is very good, illuminating a wide arc with no discernable dark spots. It also looks very good and White to oncoming vehicles too. I originally bought 8000K Lunex Xenon bulbs by mistake, I’ve had them on my Volvo S60 a few months, however they were a little too blue for me and Volvo projectors aren’t great. So I’ve just bought a pair of 4300K Lunex Xenon bulbs and replaced them. I trust Lunex to be a budget, yet quality product that can compete with the best.
