These Kelp flakes are versatile & easy to use , Adding vital nutrients to your soups , stews , casseroles , curries & chilli con carnes . As well as bringing out the taste & flavour in whatever you add them too . Just soak them in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes & add them to your cooking . Highly Recommended .
