Definitely helps!
I gave this to a friend with copd after reading about these inhalers in the farmer's almanac. while she will always be short of breath she said she feels a definite improvement and is getting higher readings in her oxygen levels when she uses it. good news! not a cure all but helps! would be nice if it had come with more salt as she said the first half bag of salt kind of "lost its power" after about a week of use.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
