At the end of the day shop bought pies are very slick but not such good fun. Homemade .. you get to choose all ingredients
It’s a pie maker! Deep fill. Use shortcrust for base and puff for top. Thats what the instructions say but shortcrust all over is good since there isn’t much room for puff to rise. Comes with measuring cutter for the pastry. Important to season the machine before first use. Ingredients either sweet or savoury should be moist but not runny and precooked in the case of meat This machine cooks the pastry and heats the contents ( certainly can’t rely on it to cook anything raw without burning The pastry).
