This is a Corgi Aviation model of a Junkers JU-87R-2 Stuka military airplane, specifically the T6+CP of 6./Stg 2. It is a 1:72 scale replica made of metal and plastic, part of the Aviation Archive series. The aircraft is from 1941 and is in multi-colour. This limited edition model comes with a stand, in an unopened box, manufactured in China in 2002. It is suitable for ages 17 years and up.
Corgi are no longer the old fashioned childrens toy manufacturer but a maker of superb detailed models that are definitely not toys. The detail is crisp and realistic and an essential addition to any serious WW2 collector. Highly recommended.
It is not durable in the sense that you can play with the plane. It is only for exhibition or as part of a diorama. Entertaining and educational, it's only when you're looking for more information about the plane and its crew - you can do it online.
