Good but expensive
The 12volt range universal tool line appears to be making way for 18 volts. So having bought a Bosch 12v site radio without battery and charger, I had to track down these 2 items from independent traders still with stock of these components so that I could use the radio without a trailing lead. This I have done and am happy with the complete set up but consider it expensive for the audio performance of the radio but worth it for the ruggegness of the unit compared to a similar domestic unit.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I bought this as a replacement for my original AL 1130 CV, that had stopped working, after reassurance from Dax that this was a suitable replacement. It appears to work perfectly on my newer 12v 2Ah and 10.8v 2Ah batteries but not the old 10.8v 1.3Ah. That's not too much of a disaster as they were getting quite weak anyway.
