Not good for chocolate making
Bought for chocolate making as it says unrefined. However arrived and had no chocolate scent and didnt taste chocolatey when used to make white chocolate. Great for soaping
I bought this cocoa butter to use in hot process soap and it is a wonderful addition to my recepie. There is hardly any smell as cocoa butter can smell quite strong, and it doesn't come through in the finished product at all. We have had so much fun making great chocolate and experimenting with sugar milk and cocoa amounts to have a bespoke healthier end result.
