Can't go wrong with the baby oil
I used it 50-50 mixture with mineral oil to rejuvenate dull plastics. Just lay on thick on old plastic, leave for a couple of hours and lightly wipe away excess for a beautiful finish. Below you will see the before and after look of the car engine bay.
