Easy to fit and use
I bought the Freeride 532 racks as a cheaper alternative to buying more Proride racks. Although they aren't as easy to use as the Proride racks they were half the price and still fairly straightforward to fit and use. I would definitely recommend them over budget racks from Halfords or Cruz. Thule 532 or proride 598
Bought the Thule 532 to carry my Whyte 805 hard trail mountain bike. It is pretty basic and just by looking at it you could see it wasn’t going to be big enough to take my bike. In the end I sent it back and bought the Thule proride 598 which is so much better and looks more substantial although is more expensive. The 598 has a lot more adjustment to suit your bike. I would only recommend the 532 to carry a child’s bike or small framed bike, after all it is built by Thule which does usually only build quality products.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This is my second set of these. Great product for the occasional user. I use it a couple of times per month. Used on bikes from kid's 20-Inch to adult XL size frame. Used driving long distance on motorway and no issues. Only slight negative is when adjusting from a thin frame to a thick frame you need to unscrew and fit new rubber pad. Looked at the next range up, think it was 598, but I was advised that for the occasional user these 532’s were fine.
