Stoutly built with quality componants, this is perhaps the best camp stove in the marketplace. May I suggest the padded stove case from Bass Pro Shops to complete your kit. Best Two Burner Stove
Awesome stove, we have had three others in the past but none the quality of a Camp Chef Ranger. Very sturdy and can handle larger and heavier pots than I thought it would. The last stove I had did not burn clean and always discolored the bottoms of the pots and pans. The Camp Chef has high quality burners that burn clean with no discoloration. Nice Stove.
This is a well built stove with plenty of BTU's to simmer or boil. The only drawback I have is there are no holes in the legs to screw the stove down. So if you are going to use the is a camper or a wheelhouse like I am it is worth considering. Since the legs are made from cast steel I am no comfortable drilling holes in the legs since they might crack. I will have to make some sort of a strap instead.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
