Last kneepads you'll ever buy
If you're like me you've purchased several sets of kneepads through the years looking for that "one pair" that will do it all (I have 3 dusty sets hanging in the shed now). The other problem for me is that I'm cheap: I wanted a bargain and didn't want to pony up the $$ for the really good ones. After all, how much better can they be? Well now I know the answer. If I'd saved my money on the bargain pairs all those years I could've had these a long time ago and been much happier. Take my advice: even if you only do those occasional jobs that are tough on your knees, buy these! They're comfortable enough to wear all day, even those hot and sweaty days, and will likely last the average guy his whole life.
