It’s okay
I have found it to be very stiff when adjusting the bottom of the tripod, I have cut my fingers every time I try to loosen or tighten the screw to allow the pole to freely move up or down. When I first tried to loosen it, the bolt inside popped out and I had to push it back in. My sister has one and hers adjust smoothly with no issues so I decided to purchase one also. I am really really pleased with this tripod. The height is really good and you can adjust it to whatever height you want (5ft is the tallest). It came in under 48 hours. Really good especially for Yh price!

Update the quality
The product is good but i expected more. The knots get weaker as u use it. I used it for just 4 days and all the knots where i can adjust the height i want got very weak.
