Spares some thought?
The basic product is good and works efficiently. Where my concern lies regards obtaining replacement cleaning pads. I have sent the window vac's serial number to two suppliers and both have sent me pads that appear to be the correct dimensions, but, cannot be properly attached to the black plastic head on the window vac. Why this is an issue I have very little idea, but the performance required in returning them to the suppliers is really tiresome.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Had the Karcher window vacuum cleaner for years, great for cleaning the windows but used an old spray bottle with mixed up solution in it, then wiped the windows over with a cloth then vacuumed with the Karcher, what a palaver!
