quality product.
Fitted this today as a replacement for an 8 year old plastic vent that has distorted and granulated. Very pleased with result. It comes with the fixing screws and a rubber seal that fits around the rim that is contact with the wall. you will need a 3mm drill bit to fit through the fixing holes to mark your drilling point on the wall. Wish i had fitted a stainless steel vent in the first place, you live and you learn.

Won't stay shut when windy
This replaced a cheap plastic louvred vent on the bathroom extractor fan. Was hoping that it would close when fan was off and open when fan was on. No such luck. Flap is very lightweight and flaps about when the wind is blowing. No spring to bring it back to closed and insufficient weight in the flap for gravity to do the job. Tried to attach a magnet to help it to close but for some reason, although supposedly stainless steel, it would not attach to the flap. Did raise these matters with suppliers but was told that that's the way they're made and that was that.
