Each dolly can support a maximum of 450kg and can fit a tyre up to 360mm wide. Secure under-chassis locating tabs and bolt ensures the strength and integrity of the swivel caster wheels.
For the price can't really grumble too much. Nice and wide so can get wide wheels on but for me biggest let down are the wheels. Made of heavy duty plastic so I would think if used quite a bit on rough ground ie tarmac then I think they would wear and damage quite quickly. Also I bought them as they were to be used in garage only and my floor is tiled but even so found it far harder to move the car than expected and that's on a smooth floor. If you were to push on car on a panel to move it I feel panel would dent before car moves so have to use a solid part of the car. On a plus side dollies raise car enough to view underneath far easier. So in short, for the really flat surface then fine, otherwise I would recommend ones with rubber wheels.
Great quality, easy setup, and very useful around the garage to manoeuvre all sorts of heavy items not just cars. Works perfect for its intended purpose as well saving space and being able to turn cars on the spot.
Excellent bit of kit . Great value for the price . Much cheaper than those from "Well known" tool company's who sell them in pairs ? . Have used them with great success moving a mini around in a single garage with a rough concrete floor . Good quality , and appear very robust . Would recommend .
I was looking for a cheap set of skates to move my Austin 7 on. As it's a light car I took a chance on these. They would be fine on a heavier modern car. Good on concrete floor harder to push on a tarmac drive though. Good value for money i couldn't buy the castor wheels for the price !!
