How low can you ho
Bought this for improving depth in sumo squat allowing greater hip mobility and strength excellent- start at 30cm take plastic plate or base whatever you want to call it off one at a time squat lower and so on till only top or left which is 4 inches so yeah works for me hope this is helpful can be used for step ups too but moves slightly anyway brilliant for my jobVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Woild recommend
Good quality step up, need for physio for my knee injury and excellent that it starts off @ 4” then progressively increases to 12”. I would say tho that the top step has black plastic/rubber tread which can be pretty slippery so always wear suitable footwear with rubber soles.
