best cleaner! plus good practical tools.
it cleans a heavy wear carpet with great efficiency. this is the second bex bissel I ve had. the last one was OK for light cleaning this oneis much better. I like the dual tank system and you can see the water levels. What a fab piece of kit,I had no idea how grubby the carpets had become. This machine is so easy to use and I’m convinced the constant warm water makes a real difference, the carpets came up lovely fresh and clean and I was surprised how dry they were, the shampoo left a lovely scent. The upholstery tool was great for the stairs and sofa. My only criticism would be the hose could do with being a little longer for stairs. It is very easy to clean took no time at all.

Excellent Machine for a good price.
Very effective machine. The inner bladder inside the water container means you only need to fill/empty one tank which does save time. Also the machine can sit sideways on stairs (with care) which saves having to pull on the the vacuum hose. You do have to use Bissell cleaning fluid, but Argos sells a duo pack at a good price.The level of noise is less than that of the Vax Platinum which required ear plugs. It's also not too heavy. Finally the fact that the water temperature is kept constant by heat from the electric motor is a useful feature. Watch out for the small fluff filter on the right under the tank. If it clogs suction will be lost, but it can easily be removed with your finger, and after a few passes it's a good idea to remove by hand any excess carpet fibres that have collected under the revolving brush. At over £100 less than the Vax Platinum this does just as good a job, is lighter, less noisy, and easier to fill.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
