Not happy because you said it was new and it isn't.
This was definitely a used item, and didn't come with instructions or anything and the left side of the headset doesn't work. I doesn't complete the connection for the brainwaves work. Also the charging unit wasn't in the box as well. I am not happy with it being portrayed as a new item with all these issues. Of course I have looked up all the information needed to make it work and I am still not going to be able to use all the elements of the headset because one side doesn't work. If you had said it was used and works but isn't in the best condition I would have been happy to know that it isn't working, but because it was portrayed as new I am not happy with this purchase. This company needs to have some issues and the reviews are not accurate in its review system.
