This weed puller does what it is shown on YouTube and other places. The finish is very good, the telescopic spring is at the ideal tension and the light weight and comfortable handle make it easy to use. The product quality is excellent. It's good for smaller weeds but not for the big ones where you'll need a spade or large trowel for digging them up by the roots. Longer prongs might solve this limitation. It's OK for soft clay or loam but you'd have problems in stoney soil when the prongs hit a stone. Would I buy it again? Yes.

The tool was delivered super fast so hat down to that. I have bought this tool to pull weeds without bending due to back problems. I found out that a certain degree of bending is still required and doing this for a couple of hours still puts strain on the back. The spikes should be longer as with the current length some roots are being broken not completely pulled which means the weed is definitely coming back. To make it worth I would pay 20£ for the tool.

This tool is a pleasure to use and extracts weeds very quickly. My lawn which had as many weeds as grass was transformed in an hour or so. I would have rated this five star but..... If the weeds are left too long to grow then the root is too deep for the jaws to extract it completely and they snap about two thirds of the way down. I console myself that if they regrow from the root end left in the soil then it's so quick to get them out again and if I had to spend an hour a month in the summer then it's not such a big deal. I am waiting to see if they actually do regrow. If only they made the jaws a little longer.???

I was pleasantly surprised that this weed puller does exactly what it is advertised as being able to do. You simply find the centre of a weed, push the puller into the centre of it with the aid of your foot, then remove your foot and pull the weed puller towards you and it easily extracts the weed from the ground as shown in several Utube videos. The slider then ejects the weed into a bucket or whatever container you use. Unfortunately, and it is a big unfortunately for me because I have lots of weeds in my lawn, it also extracts the plug of soil in which the weed roots are growing. This leaves a 2" (5cm) hole in your lawn...in my case, lots of holes. If there are several weeds growing together you can end up with a huge hole. I had to go round filling the holes with compost and sprinkling grass seed on top...the birds thought it was Christmas! The weeds are gone but I have lots of brown patches of compost...at least the weeds were green!Read full review

The only downside with this type of tool is that when you pull up a weed and roots it leaves a hole in your lawn if that’s where you’ve used it
