Bought after reading that lavender oil could help with anxiety. I would say that it does help. As with other products it can take time to gain results but I am convinced enough to keep with this product. The brand is good value and I have experienced no unwanted side effects. I have read that similar products 'repeat' to give an unpleasant lavender taste but have had no trouble - just take with water before a snack or meal. Thank Goodness for a Good Night's Sleep!
