The mask is great but it is too tight for anybody. I had some Velcro tapes and used those to make the band longer then it was excellent.

Good all round but with one limitation
This is a good mask. The Velcro adjustment on the elastic fixing straps allows a comfortable fit. It has one problem, however. The piece which fits across the nose is as stiff as the rest of the mask and in non-adjustable. This is obviously made for a small (female?) nose. A bigger nose means this causes the bottom of the mask to sit clear of the face, allowing light in at the bottom. Because I need this to do a job, rather than look nice, I have improved this by cutting-out the nose piece (so it works more like glasses in fitting around the nose, rather than over it.) This allows the mask to sit closer on the face rather than being 'held-off' the face by this small nose piece. Having done that, it fits better, is comfortable and keeps the light out.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Loving this eye mask. Its perfect for complete darkness, the strap has velcro so you can adjust to fit, this also helps to not be so tight and have pressure on your eyes. (I had a sleep mask previous to this one and it was so tight over my eyes in the night that when i woke up i couldnt see properly for about 20 mins.) Good value as long as it fits your head size!
Works best if you cut out the shaped nose piece to get a closer fit around your nose. On the ones I received the small piece of velcro that holds the strap together doesn't really allow for any adjustment. Fortunately it fits my head (which is about 59cm circumference) as it is.
