Made cheap and not worth the money.
It says put 3 drops of fluid on the tape but not where on the tape. If you put even a small amount too much it jams in the machine. It has very limited number of uses as there is only a small amount of tape on the reels. barely noticed any difference after using it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

cheap and faulty product

Disappointing Product
The instructions tell you to "Apply 2/3 drops of cleaning fluid on the cassette ribbon". However there are no clear instructions on how you access the cassette ribbon without damaging the cartridge. In previous Head cleaning Tapes I have had there was always a small hole in the cassette casing to insert the cleaning fluid into. the product is easy to use.put a few drops of fluid on the tape ,put in the vhs player.and turn it on.count to ten turn the recorder off. take the cleaner out of your machine. try a cassette it should play perfectly.if not try adjusting the tracking. it is trial and error.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
