Was a little worried about buying this heater as some reviews are quite damming, that said, I needn’t have worried as it is brilliant!!!! I have a 10’ round pool with 3,900 litre water capacity and the heater warms the water nicely- remember that this is a large amount of water to heat so it will take a little time but just feeling the water from the outlet hose confirms it’s working well!, I am using a heavy duty extension lead from Screwfix at £16.99 and it’s fine from my socket. Truly a great product and have no fear in purchasing.

I have had the heater switched on for more than 8 hours through the night and also through the day, using copious amounts of electric and hasn't increased the temperature more than 1degree. I have explained this to who sold it to me and all they can say is read the instructions, I wonder if they have read my email !

You read a lot of varied opinions about this product. However I would like to just set the record straight from a very practical perspective. For a simple pool up to 10 ft it works extremely well, does exactly what it says and has a lot of protection. Heats to a maximum of 32 degrees. And you don't have to run it all night as people say you can run it for about 8 hours during the day and the pool is a good 28 / 30 degrees by evening. I would definitely recommend this item for anyone who's looking for a decent setup for up to 10ft pools.
