I paid less than £20 for a watch that can be taken down to 100 meters!?! I recently bought a £200 watch that is according to the maker "waterproof"! Lorus (& remember this probably has a Seiko movement) can build & sell a watch for a tenth of the cost & give it a respectable 10 Bar water resistance?
