Decent enough and does the job. Good price
Instructions are 90% good. Small pictures and some text which your meant to be able to follow are not that easy but it's do-able. Once set up struggled with balance but when u set the height perfectly it works well then u tilt back then u understand what it does. It's a cool thing. I have disc problems and am in pain alot. Waiting for injections that never seem to come so I brought this. It works. It hasn't cured me and I doubt it will but it definitely stretches the spine and makes me feel a bit better. For the price it's all good. My only gripe is when I put it on my height so it tilts properly, when I go back to 60/70 degrees 2 thirds of my head comes off the back rest bending my neck back a bit which is ok I guess but not ideal. If I lengthen it the balance goes and it won't tilt back so I have to keep it at this height. If I invert fully obviously your hanging like a bat so it's fine. The full inversion is crazy!! Don't do it for over 5-10 seconds!!!! Apart from that 8/10 Obviously there are 200-300 models out there so I can't complain for the price. It good enough.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

My Osteopath recommended inversion table
Looks good, easy to use. Fab seeing the world from upside down. My osteopath recommended I get one for my spine and osteoarthritis in my pelvis( broke it in ten places seven years ago). It took me two hours plus to put together as instructions didn’t seem that Lear. Now I’ve done it ( I’m 60 years old and disabled) I could easily assemble one.
