  • Great Nail gun

My main power tools are dewalt 18v xr, but doing multiple fences, the 1st fix nail gun from dewalt does not meet the same standard of my other 18v dewalt cordless tools. After having multiple jams.. and misfires.. I decided to change my nail gun. Having used a friends Hikoki nailer.. it blows the dewalt one out of the water. No misfires.. rams the nails flush every time.. It maybe a tad heavier than the dewalt and the batteries do not last as long, but 2 batteries is ample for a days fencing.. or the quick charger easier recharges in minimal time ready for reuse. One small gripe, there are no run time indicators on the batteries like dewalt, but this is only a minor. Excellent sturdy case with plenty of room for a few nails etc.. don’t hesitate to get one if you are weighing up your options.. a pricy investment, but no gas is required so will work out cheaper in the long run and uses multiple brands of nails
