Terrible product
After purchasing this product i decided to take our family to a local forest on our bikes..the journey to the forest seemed fine only5 minutes in the bike rack did it was going to break and potentially cause a serious accident...i have been around bikes my whole life and im a engineer by trade so im not a dummy...stay clear of this product.it is cheap and dangerous and would not recommend it to anyone

Just adequate
I got this to for 3 bikes for a centre parcs trip. Firstly it did not fit the ball of my toe bar the cups were too big. The red mounting brackets all broke as soon as the screws were fastened. I managed to use old cloths to mount the bikes and did successfully make and return from the trip. I put it in the bin on my return and brought a better one. towbar mounted bike rack
Bought this to get a road bike back for one trip hoped to use it more but the plastic clips virtually break the first time you use them. The fit onto the tow ball is not good and allows the whole rack to rotate left and right at least 6 degress from centre. No movement back and forth. The safety clip at the bottom fell off and has gone. probably take it to the tip now as I've bought a Thule one.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Poorly made,
First time I have used it the brackets that hold the bike on when fitting them they don't tighten up properly still move on bar. The black knob that tightens the bracket to towbar snapped off. Good product
The carrier is certainly well made and is very neat. It folds up very small and was quite easy to fit to the car. When I first tried the rack out, I couldn't get my bike to fit on properly and it seemed to be very low to the ground. However after a few attempts I have now made it work very well and I am pleased with the rack. It needs to have a rope our bungee to pull the rack up towards the car and then it steadies the rack and stops the whole lot from wobbling about.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Cheap and cheerful but not ideal.
A good idea but a little more effort would make it so much better. There is far too much play on the tow ball which makes everything swivel as your driving around corners, which damaged the paintwork on my car.
