These are my second order. One a day, 365 easy to swallow gel capsules. Arrived before time. Excellent. Free delivery. Wonderful. The medication I am taking can strip the body of Vit D. After blood tests my levels are back up there. Right now Vit D is essential. The immune system needs all the help it can get. Always consult your Doctor/G.P before taking any new medications. Have been taking for months due to early signs that lack of vitamin d might (not proven conclusively) contribute to a bad outcome if the corona virus attacks.
