A good light vacuum
This vacuum is light and easy to maneuver. Our usage is generally short period/small area cleaning so the battery life is not a big problem, but if you expect to use it for long periods (>25-30 minutes on hard floors or 15-20 minutes on carpets or rugs) you might want to get a second battery. It works very well on both hard floors and rugs. We don't have carpets, so no comment there, but the pile length will affect battery life. There are separate speed settings for both the vacuum and the brush roll. The former via a momentary switch for short term needs, and the latter via the off/floor/rug selector for hard floors (low speed) or rugs (high speed). The hand unit (housing the vacuum itself) is easily detached from the wand/brush roll for use with the hand tools. The dust cup may not hold enough for long use and may need more periodic emptying. The filters seem to work well as no dust has been noted in the air (lots of dust caught in the cup, though). Charging is very easy, but it may take awhile to charge from empty. Ok for small jobs
This vacuum isn't as powerful as my corded Shark, but a lot more convenient without having a cord to deal with. Does its job well!
I'm older and this vacuum is very easy to use.Suction is powerful and it works well on fur.Lack of a cord to entangle or run over is particularly useful. It charges easily & indicates when it is done. Only two concerns-lack of a storage hanger or a charging dock and the fact it will not stand upright on it's own. Good and powerless at times..
A good cordless vacuum...powerful and easy to handle...my only complaint is the cost of an extra battery...Shark brand is $80 plus $15 shipping. Finally, I don't have to clean the roller!
I don't really like to pull out the big corded vacuum every time I want clean. The suction on this is great and so is the battery life. However, what I like the most is that I don't have to clean the brush roller. I have two corgi's and long hair. Every time I would vacuum, I would spend a lot of time cleaning the brush heads because the hair was always trapped. Excellent cordless vacuum
This stick vacuum performs much better than I thought it would. We have 2 cats and it picks up cat hair very well along with good cleaning on both floors and rugs.
