The set up takes you through the whole process on screen, simply and quickly. The features provided are as good as those on the Virgin box it replaces. One minor issue is the rather restricted programme guide which only shows ‘Now & Next’ without having to scroll across. The picture quality is excellent. Very pleased with it.

This is an excellent quality product, however, I could not pair this with my smart phone so that I could use the phone as a remote control for the box, eventually a Freesat agent told me that the pairing function on 4K recordable boxes doesn't work yet! Very light & has lots of great functions and can hold many hours of recordings which are digitally displayed for playback. My previous box allowed you to copy recording from the box to an external device in MP4 format to be played on a PC, however, this box does not have that feature. All-in-all a good product.
