Great Machine, quite easy to use
I do love this machine but it would have been a much better experience if there had been a better user manual. The documentation does cover everything but it has so many options a demo video would have improved the experience also the manual is very, very small like 4 pages per A4 size. So I scanned them and printed at A4 for each page a full size electronic manual would have been much better. The manufacturer did not respond to my emails for help in this from their UK Website which is a "sell" only based website no support options other than email, still no response 4 weeks later. The machine itself is as good as expected, very fast and very quiet, threading is straight forward and os is the under bed shuttle to change. the voice on button touch is useful to begin with as it tells you what the button does so confirms you are setting what you thought you were. the pattern sewing feature also is very nice to have.

Very happy with purchase. Lots of great features.
Super quiet and operates really well at very slow speeds as well as fast. I love the push button stitch length adjustment and push button reverse sewing. Great to have the presser foot operated by the foot pedal and to have the extra space for sewing large items.

Loving it! We use a Jack sewing machine (A5e) at work (furniture upholstery business) and I've just bought the upgraded A5e to use at home. They are brilliant, can't fault them yet.
