Great cd really works.
My 8yr old started walking in the night with bad dreams. We bought this CD in hope it would help her calm her mind and help her sleep. And it did. With in two nights I saw a huge difference. She listens to it every night, no more bad dreams and she sleeps all night now. Fabulous.

My 8 year old daughter has really struggled to get to sleep for a long time and has made getting her up for school a battle every morning!! This CD is fantastic and she is now asleep with 20mins of this playing which is amazing as she'd usually be awake for a couple of hours! The best £8.50 I have ever spent!
