Entertainment as it used to be.
Jane Powel has a much better voice than Ginger Rogers and is also an excellent dancer. She made this film with Fred Astaire towards the end of his film career. Perhaps the chemistry between them was not as great as in the Rogers musicals but she knows how to put on a show. With other excellent singers and dancers, this is a very entertaining film.
