Great addition to my Surface Go 1, works perfectly.
Very good, although USB-C cable could be just slightly longer. Also, older HDMI cables MAY NOT work , you need a higher spec/later cable (relatively cheap) for the HDMI function to work properly, if at all. i.e. you need an HDMI 2.0 , at least NOT an HDMI 1.4 cable, as I found out. Also, windows, initially takes about 20 seconds to install the HDMI driver component and about 2 seconds , thereafter to initialize it, every time you plug in the HDMI cable, worth noting. Also, if you have a small laptop and USB-CPD 2.0 it MAY NOT have the amperage to to use all the ports at the same time unless you power the hub from it's onboard USB-C port via a USB-C to USB-C cable connected to a USB-CPD 2.0 power adapter (i.e. Both ends). to deliver the necessary amperage. However, it won't damage your laptop if you do, as windows will just notify you of 'overpowered USB-C connection'. However, in an older Mac-book it may cause damage. Again, not a fault of the unit itself, but many older Macs are USB-CPD 1.0 and may not have reverse diode protection. The only negative thing is that all this above information SHOULD be CLEARLY STATED be in the instructions or description somewhere and it isn't.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great unit - works perfectly
My laptop only has two usb "c" slots so I needed something to enable me to link with more devices - this is the perfect solution. The adapter hub is compact, robust and has all the slots I could ever need. There is no appreciable lag when connecting through the hub, it allows upload and download at the same speed when using the built in usb slots on the laptop. Stopped working after 3 months
Product arrived quickly and worked fine but after 3 months the SD card reader has already stopped working very well.
