Good worker, no bother.
For a relatively inexpensive (compared to the horrible vegetable rennet that is all we can get here) product this is very good. It works quickly and is not as fussy about temperature of milk as some. It is more salt than some I have used, but that is no bad thing as long as you are aware, and if you don't like tasting the cheese to check the saltiness, then why are you making it! I would definitely buy this one again.

The product is great
The product works well , although i used a full tea spoon for 5 Liters of milk . But i suppose it is all down to experience , overall I recommend the product. Also i would recommend to add the liquid to the milk when it has reached a temperature 40 C this worked well for me.
