So glad I read this book, uplifting and positive vibes
This book was recommended by a young man I watch on youtube. It was introduced as a life benefiting book and it really is that in my opinion.
Hal (the author) is an amazing man who has not always had the best things happen for him, despite this, he shares in this book how he moved his life upwards and onwards.
While the first chapter is a little moving and deeper than the rest, please stay with it, as it really shows how low to high you can get and it's something most folk can relate to, in some way or another.
It's a very positive, uplifting book, that shares ideas to change how you start your day, how you work through your day and how to make each day a really good day, no matter of who you are, where you are at (early teens, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70's.... ) you can start tomorrow and feel a little stronger, happier and lighter in thought.
I read this at a difficult time and it's been a wonderful, enriching book, I'd love to share this with my friends and family.
I will enjoy dipping back into it every now and again, I love the positive vibe.
