I was excited for my book to come as have a real sweet tooth and i am trying to avoid refined sugar. I love the look of all the recipes but found quite a few key ingredients were hard to source e.g cacao butter, blonde coconut nectar, kabocha squash, coconut nectar, moringa powder, palmyra nectar powder, praline paste etc. As you can see quite unusual and difficult outside the city sourcing. It is a shame that the author didn't offer substitutes that you could use. The desserts, biscuits, etc all look beautiful saying that but sadly i will only be able to make a selection.
