This is a most excellent book-so informative-good layout and so easy to use. Wish I had know about sooner. It is helping me enormously to now eat more sensible and, more importantly, start reading labels on all I buy. It not only tells you how many Calories there are in different foods but how much of different Nutrients there are too. There are excellent photos showing plates with portions of food to give you a good idea of the Calories in the portion as well.
