Heard an interview with Dr O'Sullivan on Radio 4 Life Scientific and found it very interesting which led to me ordering this book. Although I have not yet finished reading this book, so far have found it easy to understand and compelling. Would recommend to anyone with an interest in the diverse subject of mental health.
