Worth reading as an investment in yourself.
I borrowed this book from my library and immediately realised I would need my own home copy. It makes complete common sense to me and I am initially following some of the information already learned whilst reading more. I am so interested I have purchased the Cookbook of the same name, I have not owned either book very long but have already followed several recipes and yesterday made (very easy) my own date syrup so I can stop using sweetners. I am happy with my purchase ...its a thick book so will take time to absorb...but makes complete sense,

First part divides food by sickness it helps curing. Secong part describes food groups and what goodness they bring to our bodies and mind.
